Are there tillers for hire?

So I’m wondering if there is anywhere around Brandon or somebody for hire to come dig up my small garden for my fall Maintenance? Or is this even a thing? I know they rent tillers at Home Depot but still a bit scared to do it myself! Thanks I’m advance!
