Food-grade IBC for water collection

Do any businesses in the Brandon or Westman area sell their old decommissioned food-grade IBC (Water totes) or collect and sell used food-grade ones from other businesses? I would like to get one for rain water collection, but am not interested in ones that contained pesticides /herbicides/who knows what else in them.
