    I have a couple of nice healthy succulents in shallow trays and I would like some info on how to overwinter them. If anyone has any success stories, I would like to hear them..thanks

    Are they inside or outside ? What sort of area do you have them in at the moment ?

    they are otutside right now in shallow pots...was wondering what I should do for winter so I have them again in spring...ie: bring them in, cover them, plant them in the dirt?

    you show us a photo of the plants or tell us what they are? Would make giving advice better.

    I would suggest to bring them in if you have room for them. If not you can plant them and cover them.

    hens and chicks will survive in the ground. i have had some for years. they may not survive in a planter as the roots may freeze too much so i'd plant them into a garden instead.
