does anyone know if any big box stores, or greenhouses are reducing the price of their bedding plants? thanks

Would they be reducing them? People have just started planting

Usually by mid-July things will be discounted. During the last week or so.  
 
Perennials will go on sale in Augustish?

We have assorted tomatoes and pot fillers like coleus. $3 each.  
 
Valleyrim is north of the Pioneer elevator by Kemnay. We are generally open unless it is raining. We also have all sorts of assorted perennials including rhubarb. We will have freshly picked strawberries in a few weeks. We pot up our perennials in a mix of garden soil, aged manure and soilless mix. Very healthy plants at great prices. Message me for more info.
