A few years ago we moved into a home with a greenhouse. Neither of us know the first thing about efficiently using a greenhouse so I am wondering if anyone has a good website or resource that we could use to get ourselves started.  
Also several of the windows have cracks or are completely broken. Any suggestions of people or businesses in or around Brandon that do a good job replacing or selling the materials to fix this.

Have you tried Pinterest? We're looking at building a hoop greenhouse thing and/or cold frames, and there's tons of demos, instructions, and ideas on there to DIY.  
 
As for replacing glass, you may have to order replacements from a glass company. I suggest starting at Keystone Glass as they seem to do a lot of that specialized stuff. You could call around.  
 
If you're on a tight budget, you might be able to find suitable replacements at the Re-Fit store on 9th? between Pacific and Rosser. They're sort of in behind where the farmer's market (global market) is. We've had good success finding odds and ends for so many projects there!
