dill or dill seed heads?

I have bought fresh dill sprigs for salads, soups, garnish, etc. at Superstore and Sobeys.
If you're using it for canning, fresh dill sprigs aren't ideal. They will get mushy and cloud your brine. For canning you should use dill seed heads (look for them at a market) or dried dill seed (grocery store or Bulk Barn).
