Has anyone one planted their garlic yet? Not sure with this warm weather when to plant- normally would be in the ground already.

I think it's still way to warm. Last year we planted ours beginning of November and turned out well!

I want to plant garlic this year, is it pointy side of the clove down.

One side will have roots coming from the clove...the other side will be pointy where the new growth for a stem will come. Plant flat, root side down.

I will be planting my garlic in a week... after this rain and cool weather that is coming up.

We did ground prep today so we will be already to go in a weeks time then! Yup pointy side up!
