Just wondering if any of you ebrandonites know if anyone in the Brandon general area sells Manuka Honey. Sorry not the teas or beauty products but the actual honey.  
 
For those that are wondering, it's a special honey from New Zealand that has special healing products in it that can not be found any where else in honey.

and bought Manuka honey at Superstore. Located right beside various jars of honey.

I've bought buckwheat honey from durstons honey farm near dauphin in the past.

Two farm kids Sells both Manuka honey as well as buckwheat honey. Not in large pails however.

Apparently a large amount of Manuka honey being sold is low grade, doesn't contain any of the unique properties, adulterated, or even outright counterfeit, based on testing.  
 
UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) is the industry standard rating system.  
 
"UMF is an internationally registered trademark that can be used only by licensed users who meet set criteria which include auditing and monitoring to ensure the product is natural, unadulterated, Manuka honey that has the unique non-peroxide antibacterial activity and is true-to-label claim".  
A UMF of at least 10 is required to be considered "Active Manuka honey"  
 
Looking at prices on various websites, expect to pay anywhere between $50 to $150 for 500g of honey with UMF between 10 - 28.

Manuka honey has its place in wound healing, but don’t go around putting it on everything like Frank’s Hot Sauce. It can sometimes cause more harm than good. PM me if you need more details.

You have obviously used it before, where did you buy it from if I may ask?

Finally went to Two Farm Kids. They do sell Manuka honey. They sell Wedderspoon brand in 3 different grades and they have drops too.

Yes lozenges. Sorry, I didn't look at the price, I was after the honey.
