Hello I am just wanting to know what everyone's opinion on the best breakfast in brandon is? I usually go to mums or humptys but I want to try somewheres different, maybe a hidden jem!!

Cranberries is a great place! Good portions, friendly service and good prices. Lots of other good places in the city, Mums, Komfort Kitchen and North 40.

We've been searching for a good breakfast place

ever since Huggy's changed the entire former restaurant space into an arcade - so now we go to Mum's or Komfort Kitchen - very good breakfasts at very reasonable prices and both places have what I would call real breakfast potatoes (pan fries or shredded hash browns). Every other place we have tried and we haven't tried them all serves those cubed deep fried potatoes that must be commercially made and in my opinion don't remotely taste like potatoes - artificial taste of some kind - if that's what a particular restaurant serves then I politely decline the potatoes.
I personally don't like Chicken Chef (North 40), Echo (Clarion), Victoria Inn, Smitty's , Canad Inns, Humpty's, . I would be willing to try some of the other ones mentioned in this post. Definitely would rate Mum's and Komfort Kitchen tied for 1st place.

My husband and I go for breakfast at least two times per month to M's Eastside Eatery. The breakfast is delicious and the daily special is $9.95. I had to stop going to places like Smitty's where the bill for two breakfasts and a tip came to $42.00! We do like Cranberry's as well - good food and affordable.

I have to agree KK has the best shredded hashbrowns ever!!!
I love their Sunday buffet and I load up on the hashbrowns.

Komfort Kitchen or Mums are my favs. Its the REAL potatoes that are so good!
