    Looking for opinions on the best Drive In within a couple hours of Brandon.. Hoping to get out for a drive this weekend.

    Not a drive in but check out La Roque Restaurant in Wawanesa, it’s worth the drive. Check out Hot N Frosty in Ninette also worth it.

    Joe Dandy’s Diner, Oak lake. Pretty and quiet setting. Very good food.  
    Ice cream island , Virden. Try the island burger.

    We like Summer Shack in Carberry or the one in Gleboro. (can visit either or both, and take a hike at Spruce Woods.  
    Joe Dandy's in OakLake is also a fun setting.

    One cool thing about where we live is that if you're into going for cruises on your motorcycle, hot rod or whatever there are many options to go in any direction 30 minutes or so from Brandon. It's a great contactless thing to do especially with the Covid restrictions.
