What exact make and model (+brand) would you recommend (there are sooooo many to choose from). Reasonable price would be good (under $200.00 for sure, I'm hoping). I need to serve 2 to 3 (big eaters), so what size should I get? Easy cleaning as well. I mainly want to cook the chicken wings and fries and pickeral fillets. I need to buy it local as well i.e. Cdn Tire, Home Hardware, Walmart (if necessary) or anywhere else in Brandon. I just want a single function air fryer (not the multi functional type). Mainly, I want it big enough to do one batch for 3 people. Thanks for your help in this matter. I look forward to your suggestions.

We have used a Tefal actifry for about five years and been happy with it. The rotating paddle broke this year but we were able to buy a new part quickly and economically online. Also a rotating basket is available that works great for chicken, bacon, sausages etc. I like it and bought it because it’s made in France so it has some build quality and it has lasted well ( not Chinese crap made with slave labour ).  
To clean I just put the pan and the paddle or basket in the dishwasher and wipe the machine out.  
Works great for homemade fries, wedges.  
Just turn it on and let it run according to the approximate weight you are cooking. Even I can run it lol

I got from Amazon. It is great and large enough for 4 people. We had an Amazon gift card to use. But not sure that brand is available locally.

i have a Gotham air fryer which is wonderful for me as i am single. I would highly recommend one.  
But, for bigger families Walmart is having a great sale on them right now from 119.00- 200.00 .Research them or go and look and compare them as to what fit your needs

I was gifted a Kuraidori air fryer. It was purchased at home hardware (small town) it was under $200. It’s a larger size so I can cook more in it. Comes with a lot of accessories. A wire rack. A metal drip tray that you can cook directly on. Also a metal fries basket, 2 wire baskets you can insert at the same time like an oven. Also comes with a rotisserie option. Its easy to clean. I use it all the time. Fits lots of food if arranged right. I highly recommend

We love the chefman air fryer. It’s a 4 in 1 and can bake, air fry, dehydrate and rotisserie. I love it so much that I bought another for my home daycare because I was tired of bringing it up and down the  
stairs lol

Use it everyday. Also A friend has a Ninja and loves it.

Consumer's Reports rated it highly. Ordered one from Costco. $75. Only used it a few times. Took me some time to decipher the control panel. i:ncludes a recipe booklet. Happy with it so far.

I love my air fryer and we bought it on sale at Canadian tire and it is a name brand I’ve never heard of. To be honest, I haven’t heard anyone say that any kind is bad. I recommend you find one that has a basket big enough to suit your needs and in the price range you can afford. Look up recipes and enjoy.

Honestly, it's been my Best purchase. The coatings in air fryers make it difficult to clean & easy to scratch. I'm hanging onto my badly marked (burned on fat) fryer because it's still working. But fingernail scraping seems to be the only thing that removes crusts without damaging with lining. When it rusts too much to continuing using (and by golly I'm scraping it now to the bones), I'm looking for a "stainless steel" lining. You will never regret the purchase of a cheapy until you get the hang of it and than: go for the "biggy" purchase.
