So in your opinion what’s your go to place for a tasty summertime hamburger? One where you can actually taste the beefy meat and flavours that make a great burger. To me most of the fast food joints basically taste the same and that you really can’t distinguish the meat.

When I was 20 years old many, many years ago I worked at a radio station in Winnipeg and didn’t make a lot of money so my go to spot was a place called Junior’s. It was a tiny little burger stand in a back alley off of Main Street and they served a burger called a Fatboy Special. It was huge and tasted like no other burger I had ever had before. The reason for that is because they put chilli on it. Juniors became a family run restaurant and even came to Brandon for a short stint. Unfortunately for me It never really caught on here and closed up . One Fatboy Special and it was all I needed for the day.
