Great recipe that sounds strange...

For anyone who likes potatoes and cheese, this is a great recipe for you. I just call it "Cheesy Potatoes"...cause I'm very original. Haha.
Use a little over 3/4's of a 2kg bag of Safeway Diced Hash Brown Potatoes. If you use the whole bag, the potatoes will be a little...dry.
While the hash browns are still frozen, use a large mixing bowl to mix the hashbrowns with 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Celery soup, 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup and about 3/4's of a 445mL jar of Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise.
Once it is all mixed in together really well, add a bit of salt and pepper and then add 3/4's of a 380g bag of Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese, and mix together again.
(By the way, this is a very good workout for your arms. Stirring everything together is hard work!)
Now, put the potatoes in a large casserole dish and then use the remaining shredded cheese to cover the potatoes.
Set your oven st 375 degrees fahrenheit and throw the casserole dish in for an hour and a half.
I realize the baking time for this dish is rather long, but the end result is DELICIOUS and A LOT of food. Perfect for a large get together.
Everyone who has ever tried these potatoes has asked me for the recipe, so I can say with total confidence that MOST people will enjoy this dish.
And, for the record, I use these specific name brands because they give the best end result. You can try different name brands of course, but from my experience it is never as good as this particular recipe.
I know it sounds strange, but try it!!! you just might love it!
