TIM'S IN THE USA

As Bob said, there are over 200 Tim's in the USA, that's great. BUT, why if it is supposed to be a CANADIAN COMPANY, is their Head Office, in Dublin Ohio???
Or, is it really an AMERICAN COMPANY, or, do their tax dollars just benefit the USA???????????
