Manpower pudding at Winterfest

Okay, when I was at winterfest this year, I went to the french canadian pavillion and ate this delicious manpower pudding. I don't know what the french name was for it, but it was like warm delicious cake with maple syrop over it. It was soooo good and I am trying to find the recipe online but I'm not sure of the french name for it or where to find a good recipe. If anyone has the recipe or the name or has the recipe please comment!!!
