I have a question about clear vanilla flavouring for icing. I need some for obvious reasons, but when I went to purchase the Wilton brand I was upset to see all of the possible allergens listed on the ingredients (processed in a facility that also processes nuts/treenuts/wheat/fish/shellfish, etc.).  
 
As a result, and due to allergies in my family, I cannot use this - but would REALLY like to find another brand that makes a similar item. I am new to cake decorating and unfamiliar with other options out there. Does anyone know what other brands or options I could use that are available out there without all the allergens in it? I'd like to make a nice white icing on some of my cakes instead of an ivory one due to having to use regular vanilla in it.
