Prairie Grain Bakery- Cinnamon Bun Recipie

Remeber the Prairie Grain Bakery where FCC is now on Vicctoria? Their Cinnamon Buns were the best! Does anyone know how to make those kind or have a recipie similar. No matter what I try I can't quite make them like theirs were. Too bad they moved on! Any suggestions for recipies??
