    Another restaurant closing - Fired Pizza

    In addition to Brown's, now another restaurant has announced it's closing - Fired Pizza.

    Only tried them once. Dined in, took almost an hour for a pizza. I may have tried again, but we personally did not like the sauce at all.

    Not much detail there. I wonder if he felt it was time to shut down because he wanted to retire, or whether it was too much work wasn't profitable, etc.

    I really liked their pizza and supporting a local entrepreneur ... sad to see this business go.

    a great idea and menu, however if you ordered a large pizza it usually wasn't really cooked. The menu had a lot of good unique items, however I usually had to ask for 3-4 different apps before they had one they actually had the ingredients to make. Maybe its just my luck.  
     
    Hopefully the new wood fired place will be a bit better at managing things.
