Looking to buy some frozen saskatoons as I forgot about them til now and love them!

Mmmm so good! My husband made strawberry and apple pies! I'm sure Saskatoon pie would taste heavenly too!!

Hopefully you can find a closer option but Riverbend Orchards at Portage should sell if they have any left. Would just call ahead first, the ones we bought were right in-season in July but I know they do sell frozen stuff too.

If they sell them in too large a quantity for you I'd consider kicking in for a half batch.

I have seen them there in the past. Looked like locally picked and frozen.

Doh. Hopefully the coop lead works out for you. If not I remember reading a couple years ago about a local Saskatoon U-pick if it's still going and if they freeze? Anyone?

Failing that if anyone has a spare acre or two I could work towards having another answer for you in 4 or 5 years
