JP wedding: need info of what to apply to

decided to get married, and i want a big little wedding but want to have it later down the road when i have more money, me and my fiance want to get married now with a jp and 2 witnesses, how do i start? what do i have to get? marriage certificate i know that. where do i apply? what else do i need? thanks for the help in advance
