Wedding Social

I am wondering if anyone can tell me some of the best places in Brandon to hold a wedding social. I am looking for a place that would hold a large amount of guests likely over 250 people. Also to anyone who has had a social or knows a lot about having a social can you kind of give me a checklist of things I will need like liquor license etc. Just so I make sure I have everything right!
