open bar . . . at weddings

i know that the recomended amount of alcohol per person is 5.5 drinks.
Just wondering how much do you think we would need for a open bar wedding per person. Keep in mind it is in the summer outdoors.
how much hard and how much beer?
just curious!!
people can always drink more when its an open bar!! ha ha approx 170 adults
