Open bar or not?

What is the opinion on this. I am having a wedding with probably 200-250 people attending. Is it expected for me to have an open bar at the reception? I plan to have wine at each table (a white & red). Also if I don't have the open bar should I do the drink ticket thing where each guest gets a drink ticket or 2 at the door? What are your thoughts e-brandon?
