Mother of the Bride Dresses

My mom is having a nightmare of a time finding her dream dress in the color, style and price that she wants...She's looked all over Brandon and they run between $200-400 dollars...More on the high end...Do you have any suggestions of where is a good place to go with lot's of selection? She's thinking of going to the states even, so if you know of any stores please let me know
