Marriage certificate

Just wondering if anyone had an idea how long it takes the government to mail out a marriage certificate? I requested ours in March and still haven't gotten anything yet. I did request standard delivery. Thanks.

Anything from Vital stats takes forever. If you haven't seen it after 8 weeks if call them.

ours only took a couple of weeks. Some places need it to change your name and I remember having that all done fairly quickly.

We got married in October.... I was finally able to change my name in December... It takes a while to register the marriage, i want to say like 6 weeks.... The marriage certificate comes pretty quickly after its registered however.

I have known a couple of couples that the marriage didn't last 8 weeks.
