What would be the cheapest or best provider for wedding bouquets? I really don't want to spend a fortune.

If you know anyone who is creative, you can get them to make them, or Micheals does flowers for decent price. If you go real, they get really expensive. I have called florist with the area for mine, and ended up spending 20$ and made my own.

Check small town floral shops. When I got married they were almost 1/2 the price of Brandon floral shops.

Yes, finding someone who is creative! My husband made up all the bouquets at our wedding. Jack of all trades I guess lol!

Ask a florist what you could get for a set budget, some flowers cost quite a bit less (eg baby's breath - I have seen some people use simple baby's breath for bouquets or décor) it can be quite a bit cheaper.  
Also, ask them what they can reuse. My florist was great at ideas for double use (eg the bridesmaids' bouquets were laid at the head table for extra flowers in vases instead of having extra florals there, taking some flowers from the ceremony to the other venue, etc). A good florist should be able to keep you within your budget.

If I had to do it again would it not be better to order your own floral bouquet and wrap the stems up yourself? The moment you mention Wedding the price goes up.

I had a friend use Safeway. The cheap in price but definitely just as gorgeous as any others from expensive florists! The only down fall is you have a limited selection. But if your not too picky, don't want to diy, want beautiful flowers and looking to save money it's a great option!

I used Safeway and my bouquet was gorgeous

We went with the Bloom Box, Trish and her team were amazing. I showed them what I liked, they gave some ideas and at the end of the day I gave them full reign to do whatever they wanted as long as the end result was similar to the style I wanted. This resulted in budget friendly flowers because I didn't care what kind of flowers I wanted just the color and overall look was important so they were able to use some more expensive flowers to get the look but compliment them with less expensive flowers. No one believed that I was able to get my bouquet, bridesmaids flowers, all the corsages etc. and 30 centrepieces for the price I paid!

I ordered my flowers in bulk from Costco. Pink roses and babies breath, I did all the bridesmaid bouquets and centrepieces myself with them and still had enough to add to my bouquet. I also got a bouquet of mixed flowers that matched my colours from Safeway for my bouquet. It was extremely cheap compared to the florists in town as we were married in my husbands small hometown. Took a bit of work but was well worth it.
