Just wondering where there is good trout fishing in Manitoba. Would be ideal to know where they are biting and what you are catching them on?

Located behind the rest stop beside Minnedosa in #10. Master Rainbows and Brownies

Thank you ill give it a try. Not a fly fisherman so can I have an idea on what to start with for a lure for traditional fishing methods?

Bower lake just south of boissevain has some rainbows in it. And William lake if remember correctly. Both inside Turtle mount provincial park so you will need a provincial park pass for it.

Bower Lake includes Rainbow Trout, and as of 2016 a very small number of Brown Trout (accidentally stocked in 2016 not officially on record)  
 
William Lake includes Brown Trout, Small Mouth Bass & Yellow Perch  
 
Elgin Reservoir  
As of 2016 is now stocked with Tiger Trout (nothing big yet, expect the lake to produce big fish by 2019/2020 if they don't winter kill prior to 2019/2020)  
 
There is also a River near Clear Lake that is suppose to be stocked with Brook Trout if you can ever find it.

I wanted to also add that Antons Lake next to the #16 Truck Stop West of Minnedosa  
i:ncludes Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout and NEW for 2017 it has been stocked with Albino Trout (a species of Rainbow Trout).
