Ok I've just finished the series. Wow. So many questions not answered.
One - The world they know is cars and such. So if they did this, then why would they not crush her vehicle? They own a crusher!! But instead they park it with a few twigs on it? That doesn't add up at all?
Two - The world they know does not involve general cleanliness. So why or more accurately HOW would those two even have the ability to clean a hoarders garage and a small bedroom to eliminate EVERY trace of blood etc? I find that hard to believe.
Three - Why were those other two guys never looked at, the ones who left to go hunting at that time? They had guns. They saw her. Theory could be she drives away, gets stopped by them. They do their thing. Shoot her. Move her in her vehicle and set up their loser uncle knowing it'll be easy. And the cops play into their hand by planting the other evidence.
And why, with what motive would Steven even do this? His life was going well finally, he was free and exonerated, possible money coming, he loved Jodi and things were great. It doesn't add up.
And poor Brandon is just a by product of it all and was railroaded and couldn't get himself out of a situation he couldn't even process while being questioned for hours by mean cops with no mom or lawyer. They would know within 5 minutes he isn't competent to make decisions and they should have stopped badgering him immediately.
It is an extreme miscarriage of justice regardless of guilt or innocence. I've never seen such a callous disregard for equity and fairness - it was a train wreck from the beginning and should definitely be looked at again.
So glad I hopped onto to the bandwagon to see what this was all about - very interesting!
