New Transmitter

NCI is moving to a new frequency and transmitter. It's already on-the-air from next door to the old ACC campus in the East end of Brandon(StarFM backup tower)on 107.5MHz and sounds much cleaner than the 91.5 ever did.
It has a lot less power and height now, so it reaches out about the same as 106.5 ACC does.
