Water Birth

My sister is moving from AB soon and is expecting her 4th child. Her previous births have all been in birthing centres. Can you have water birth at the Brandon hospital or are there birthing centres where you can have your child at? Any Brandon moms have experiences with water births? I think it sounds scary with no drugs au natural! Glad I'm just AUnty.
