Shell on 1st street selling diesel for 115.9 and every other station in town is 120.9.

Taking the retail price and working backwards the margin on diesel fuel at $120.9 would be 13 cents per litre.

I believe that station is closing on Feb 28th so probably just lowering price to get rid of the inventory if they don't go through a huge amount of diesel.
