Not sure if my driver's side seat is functioning or not. Passenger side SEEMS to have a bit of air flow coming from the perforations. How do you trouble shoot the cause?

You could use a piece of paper and lay it on the seat to see if it moves.

After some experimentation and consulting the owner's manual, it seems that the A/C airflow DOWN exclusively yields the best ventilated seat experience. According to what I read, there are airflow channels running through the console which channel cool air to the bottoms of the seats.
