North Dakota sales tax refunds

I see EBay purchases are now charging sales tax. I get a lot of goods shipped to Border Services. I assume the taxes eBay collects are North Dakota sales tax?? So can I submit for a refund? For goods I’ve brought to Canada?

I wondered that same thing a few months back when I bought some online stuff and picked them up in ND. The answer is no. You can get refunded for purchases made while in ND, but not for online purchases made while you are in Canada.
