Gas in Wpg. this week. 98.9

Detoured through Treherne Saturday morning...could not believe how low gas was...98.9 also

Filled up yesterday.. thinking to myself.... with oil prices the way they are.. we're getting gouged.. we should be closer to 90 cent vs out 107.9.

Came back from Alberta and was paying .90/L. Was very nice lol then I came back  
should get cheaper as oil tanks .

Give it two weeks for Brandon to come down. Unless gas goes back up in Winnipeg before that.

We should be used to getting ripped off in Brandon by now

Oil markets could drop even lower than they are now.  
Price of crude is below $35....  
Gas/diesel should be way way lower!!

We will still get screwed. Oil price war happening right now. Too bad we won't see the benefits. Oil companies will see huge profits from this.

This morning WCS is $22 bucks. So analysts are predicting as low as $5 per barrel. With each dollar drop from the $40 average Alberta could lose approx. 350 million. This morning that averages out to about $3 billion in lost revenue. I wonder what impact this will have on the CDN economy, it looks disastrous. So the good times have gone. I hope I am wrong.

Gas is under 80 cents a litre in Winnipeg according to Gasbuddy

69.9 at Costco. 73.9 pretty much everywhere else.

Shame on gas stations! We should be closer to 69.9, and Costco should be at 59.9

been getting ripped off since 2014 when oil markets dropped to below $40 a barrel then. We are still at the price point when int was $100 a barrel

Finally got around to filling up a couple of gas jugs for long term storage last week, went with premium non ethanol at nearly 1.20 a liter, should have waited and saved a small fortune lol

Why do Brandon residents, almost always, get hosed at the pumps? As of today, Virden is 68.9, Austin is also 68.9, Winnipeg’s lowest is 58.9-61.9, and yet we’re STILL at least 5 cents more at 73.9

Were always being ripped off! IMO... gas prcies should be around 60 cents a litre here in Brandon.

the price of US oil going negative today, gas should be much lower.

Remember it’s friendly Manitoba, and that means you don’t use the tools that are available to consumers to change things. I’ve mentioned so many times how to change the situation, but once again we don’t want to inconvenience the owners of the gas stations.  
Just sitting here wondering about all those who had jobs in the oil patch, if they take a loss of income it seems to sit just fine with everyone, even the owners of related companies are taking a hit, but any talk of boycotting a gas station and all of a sudden someone plays the guilt card.
