My car Airconditioner is not cold, the fan just blows.
Any recommendations who a mechanic that can fix it on the side please?

Hard to do on the side

Evacuating and refilling an AC system needs some larger equipment. Not something that can really be done “on the side” outside of a shop. Anyone can slap some gauges on it and see what the pressures are which could indicate what the problem might be, but any work on it needs to be evacuated.
