Would YOU buy a NEW Car for $2000

One windshield wiper, three bolts and lotsa plastic, its the new TATA. Retail price is $2000 USD and is produced in India. Top speed is 45 miles per hour, but it's good on gas, and a NEW Car for $2 grand? Are today's new cars too pricey? But is this too cheap?
