GM/Segway partner on PUMA

Interesting to read in the article below that GM and Segway have partnered to make the two-seater two-wheel vehicle shown:

Brandon of course does not allow Segways to my knowledge... but this vehicle seems to be a bit closer to something that would be hard to deny street-legal status (35 mile per hour top speed).
