Hit-and-run on my parked car... twice

Hello fellow ebrandon readers,
I just writing to express my frustration about how over the past two weekends my car has been dinted hard twice by other motorists when I'm not around. And then after the accidents, there is no acknowledgment by the motorist.
I understand that road conditions suck and accidents happen, but my poor car is now looking like it belongs in a demolition derby and not just cruising down the streets.
it's not fair that there people are smashing up someone's automobile and not leaving their information under the windshield wiper or leaving a note someone for them accepting responsibility.
