Bought a car but thinking on returning it.

I bought a car outright from a dealer in brandon, but i was thinking in returning in, because a filled the tank and it didnt las even a week, lasted about 5 day and there is a weird noise that i hear when i go by the patch streets, and i dont know if the dealer would take the car back
need some advice please.
