So today (well last night), my vehicle was subject to yet another hit and run. So it now has me thinking.. why do people not stop and leave their information?  
 
Are they thinking they won't get caught?  
Don't want insurance to go up?  
Panic and just leave?  
Too much work to write their name/number on a paper?  
 
What are people's thoughts on this? Frankly I believe they are just people that are too immature to man up to their responsibilities. If you are old enough to drive, you are old enough to admit you hit someone else and solve it.  
 
As a sidenote: Somewhere in Brandon is a yellow car, probably pretty low to the ground - that now has a crapload of orange paint on it. If you see this car, I would love any details you could give me. And driver - I hope you can accept responsibility for what you did, it is the adult thing to do
