Installation of Command Start..where to go?

Hey everybody...i was just wondering if someone could give me some good advice on where i can get a good but cheaper command start and where is the best place to get it installed. Its for a friend for xmas...so i wanna try to save on it if i can. Anyone give me any good information on this?? thanks!
