Anyone wittness this please contact me or post here I'll keep cheking back
Dec 17 @ approx 1:40 pm in the afternoon a Red F150 got T-Boned turning onto Queens then the other Driver travelled south bound in the bus lane on 18th striking us. All traffic heading south was stopped the other driver travelled around the stopped vehicles in the bus land and intended to go through the intersection instead of doing the mandatory turn required when in a bus lane.
Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Sharing the road: diamond lanes
Knowing how and when to use diamond lanes increases safety for both cyclists and motorists. When driving on a route with diamond lanes, remember:
Who they’re for
Diamond lanes are dedicated to buses and cyclists.
When they’re in effect
Unless times are listed on the sign, the reserved lanes are in effect full time. If you’re travelling in a diamond lane during the designated times, you must turn right at the next intersection.
How to use them
When turning right onto a street with a diamond lane, turn as close as practical to the curb lane and then safely change lanes out of the diamond lane. When driving parallel to a diamond lane and you need to turn right, safely enter the diamond lane and turn right at the next intersection.
Knowing the rules will help to keep cyclists safe and transit buses on schedule. It’ll also save you from a minimum fine of $199.80 and two demerit points.
