Mechanics!!

So I just need to rant. I took my car to get the power steering repaired. The garage before that cut the hose too short and it broke again a few days later. So I take it to this shop on Brandon Ave. and they tell me yesterday they got the wrong hose and the new one will be here tomorrow (today). Now they're telling me they dont' know how to put it on because the old one was so messed up which I had told them beforehand AND that my labor costs are going to rise. So what the hell am I supposed to do? They're the mechanics which is why I went to them in the first place!! I am so mad!
