Happened to travel to Winnipeg yesterday and Carberry East fuel was 94.9 per litre coming back Neepawa and Heritage coops still 102.9. Why the 8 cent difference must get fuel from a different federated plant out West LOL. That's $0.36.5 cents a gallon higher. Divident or not I fueled up in Carberry knowing that they would still be higher? Fast to raise it but sure slow to lower it. Not impressed

I'm leaving Neepawa in a couple of hours to go to Wpg. and checked Gas Buddy site..Gas here is $1.029.. I threw in $20.00 here in order to make it to Portage.. Fas Gas in Portage is 94.4 and then the 3 cents off equals 91.4.. Just sayin'

Winnipeg gets its fuel via pipeline. Maybe that's cheaper than however Brandon gets it, even if Brandon is closer to the refinery.

Oh noes!...$4 more per fill! I better start walking....  
 
or I could move...  
or I could refine my own gas...  
or I could pay what the market is willing to bare.

Last weekend gas prices in Brandon were 102.9. While Heading into Winnipeg, Austin was at 96.9. I fueled up in Winnipeg Costco at 91.9. Brandon has no reason to be at 102.9.

Really? You're just picking on Coops? What, there is no other stations in the areas that you speak of? Pretty sure Portage has a Fas Gas, Shell and Petro Can. Neepawa has Fas Gas and Esso... so why not share the blame with all retailers not just Coops.  
For the record, I too think the price of Gas in Brandon is too high compared to what we see less than 50 miles away. But I won't paint one retailer as the fault for it. They all play a part in it.

It could be worse. When driving to The Pas, Robin for whatever reason is a good 5 cents higher then everybody else. Then in Pas, you can have 10 cents difference in the price of gas within 2 blocks. That one I can't figure out.  
 
In Brandon, The Petro Canada gas stations on Vic. Ave. tend to raise their prices before everybody else then backtracks a half a day later.  

The same thing - drove to Portage the other day and it was 96.9 at the Co-op there, but 102.9 here.  

So, Winnipeg gets their "fuel" from pipeline? As in gas & diesel...directly from a refinery via pipeline? Wow. :-/

I don't see what the problem is. Furthermore what was shell's and fast gas' prices? I bet it was the same gap...right?

Many people depend on their vehicles for work business and use allot of fuel so it is more than the whoa $4 difference? As for other stations I don't care as I buy fuel from coop as a member(member owned so I guess say something). I see coop is coop even only 20 to 30 miles away from Neepawa or Brandon and such a difference? It was the point for fueling up yesterday and personally feel not right with stations so close to each other and same supplier. We have the right to agree or disagree. If it happens to lower the price great

Well Portage Coop is a different association than Neepawa or Heritage. If you have a problem with the pricing here in Neepawa or Brandon, my guess is the best way to voice your displeasure would be to talk to the management in charge of fuel at either of those Coops.

Even if this is true, a tanker can haul 40,000 litres of fuel. If the price is $.10 more here, thats $4000 difference. You cant tell me it costs anywhere close to $4000 to send a load of fuel from Winnipeg to Brandon!

Co-op went down to 96.9 this afternoon most others are still 102.9
