For the record, I too think the price of Gas in Brandon is too high compared to what we see less than 50 miles away. But I won't paint one retailer as the fault for it. They all play a part in it.

It could be worse. When driving to The Pas, Robin for whatever reason is a good 5 cents higher then everybody else. Then in Pas, you can have 10 cents difference in the price of gas within 2 blocks. That one I can't figure out.
In Brandon, The Petro Canada gas stations on Vic. Ave. tend to raise their prices before everybody else then backtracks a half a day later.
