I am sorry you are dealing with a child that has seizures. That must be difficult for you.  
 
I'm afraid moving near the Hospital will never guarantee more timely care. I live several minutes away and depending on the evening, the cases walking in, doctors on call and the triage nurses, there is no guarantee of wait times unless it is indeed an emergency.  
 
In my mind (and I may be wrong), but a vehicle is the best thing to keep, especially with young children. A vehicle is freedom.  
 
Why do you want to sell this decent vehicle? Moving close to the hospital for your child and being without a car would feel worse to me.  
 
I am just thinking of the last time my family baby member waited 9 hours in emergency after a seizure and scary episode and everyone just gave up after 2:30 a.m.  
 
What would you do if you had no vehicle to drive a few minutes home? Taxi's are very expensive. Most people think of a car or vehicle as a necessity. If it doesn't give you trouble, keep it!

Kellye has it right. I have an adult son with epilepsy and when he was younger his seizures would end up in ambulance rides if I wasn't around. It was very expensive with the frequency of his seizures.  
 
Having a car and a phone is SO important. If you are nearby when he enters a seizure, help him through it by making sure he remains on his side and not back. Get a pillow under his head so he doesn't strike it on the floor. Make sure arms and legs don't cause an injury if possible. The seizure will pass and then for reassurance you can drive him to the hospital. I went through many episodes with my son and after a while the panic on my part was lessened through experience.

You should put how many kilometers your truck has on it in your ad though. People want to know that. Drop your price a bit and it should sell. It looks very nice and clean but it all depends on mileage.

... but nothing "cures" epilepsy. It can be managed, and sometimes people for reasons unknown (often relating to hormonal changes surrounding puberty or menopause) people seem to outgrow it, but no treatment "cures" it except maybe surgery.  
 
If something is too good to be true, it often is. I would go into more detail, but in the interest of not further derailing this puppy, I'll stop there.
