Is it time to get my winter tires switched back to my all seasons? Should I wait a few more weeks?

I would wait a bit yet (personal opinion). Never know if we might get another blast of the white stuff.  
Side note though- studded tires must be off by April 30.

This season has been a bad one. I have studded tires that really seemed wasted this year. We leave ours on until the last minute because you never know.....

Mine are not coming off yet, we can get a good dumping of snow, we do live in Manitoba!

Hopefuly you get a ticket. There's absolutely no need to still have studded tires on in this area. Sure we may get some snow but we won't get icy winter conditions that warrant studs.

I'd switch em now. Forecast says nothing but sun for the next week. Even if they're wrong, and these comments above are right, how long do you think the snow will last? If you drove in the fall/winter for a day or two without tires, you can manage it again in the unlikely scenario that it snows so bad that it's a storm. It will all melt and be gone before you know it (It's May...). Plus, everyone is going to get them off at the same time and it might be hard to book an appointment. Got mine off 2 weeks ago. People were saying the same things about storms. So far, so good...

What day do they have to be off? I've heard may 15 or April 30th. Mine are still on but not by choice. I didn't drive for a bit and I completely forgot now I need to budget it in there.

I remember that day well as it was the day we were moving into our new house. Fantastic weather lol I hope this weekend stays as forecasted.

Change your tires now any snow we get will not be here for long and by driving on your winter tires in this heat will wear your tires out faster than butter left on a hot plate.

Seriously, if (or should I say when) we get more snow, it should be gone so fast you won't even get any benefit of them. The kind of snow we get now is either a big heavy wet dump or annoying dry flurries - and if it is that bad that your summer tires can't handle it - SNOWDAY!!  
 
I feel very let down that my fancy studded Nokkians did not get much of a work out this winter. I took mine off quite early this season because we have had bare pavement for so long I did not want to wear them out faster.

it's the end of April, of course your winter tires should be off by now.

It's been a while since we've had a big snowstorm in May. But it does happen!

We get it. We can get snow in May. The thing is, studded tires dont make any difference in snow, its ice they're designed for. Any snow we get now will be wet slushy snow thats gone in a day. By running studded tires in this weather all you are doing is wearing down your studs and the road surfaces.

A good 'rule of thumb' might be to switch the tires on the same weekend that you plant the tomatoes.  
 
Spread the risk. If the tomatoes freeze in a late season weather event, at the very least you'll have the traction you need to get out for more tomato plants.  
 
And that's just bout what gardening and driving in Manitoba are all about.
