Toro Reelmaster fairway mower, need info on how to set up

I am wondering if anyone out there knows how to get the reels all cutting exact on an older toro 522-d fairway mower. I haven't been given any how to, as no one knows much about these where I work. If anyone knows how to, or of someone one who does it would be greatly appreciated.
