    Does anyone know if there are any places here in Brandon or with in the province that will buy old turbos off of someone to fix up and sell?  
     
    I never did send our old one back to Wild Diesel to get my core charge refunded and it's long past the 30 day window to do that. (I know, my own fault).  
     
    Any one have any recommendations? This thing is just taking up space in my house.

    The turbo is a stock holset turbo from out of a 2008 2500 Dodge Ram 6.7 Cummins if that makes any difference.

    I'm no mechanic and I wasn't present when the old one was pulled from my boyfriend's truck. I'm not familiar with vehicle parts but I'm pretty sure my boyfriend said something about the seals and possible bearings are shot.  
     
    I don't know if it's able to be rebuilt or not, again I'm no mechanic.

    You could try taking it to Wheat City Diesel or Western Diesel. They might take it off you or might know what other options you have.
