Auto touch up paint help

So I had a couple rock chips on my car , so I went and got matching paint to touch them up! I put abit to much on and it looks very noticeable as well as bumpy abit ! What csn I do to fix this ! Would a detailer be able to fix it for me ? I'm trying to make it not noticeable at all

If u put too much on u have to remove it asap before it dries because once it dries it's too late, you may have to get a body shop to clean it off. Using touch up paint it hard to make it not noticeable unless u r really experienced at it.
