Anyone have any recommendations for a mechanic who would make a house call to the Kemnay area to look at a 3020 John Deere tractor that won’t start?

Some simple questions.w When was the last time the engine ran? Does the engine turn over at a decent rate of speed? Is the tractor outside or inside and equipped with a circulating block heater? When was the tractor last fueled up, concerned obout the viscosity of the fuel. Does the tractor produce any exhaust smoke if you turn it over?  
Sometimes it is just something small that can cause problems, and if you are a bit mechanically inclined the fixes are simple.
